SynapseOS System Flow

This is the operating flow of the platform as it stands now, including the new blueprint areas that still need full execution.

1. Hospital And Access Setup

Admin creates hospital nodes, assigns region and district, configures departments, staff roles, stores, services, and global settings.

2. Patient Intake

Front desk or telemedicine intake registers the patient, records demographics, payer, location, and presenting complaint.

3. Clinical Assessment

Clinician documents notes, receives ICD-11 grounded AI support, and confirms diagnoses and orders.

4. Orders And Verification

Lab, imaging, and pharmacy orders move through department workflows with verification, status tracking, and safety controls.

5. Treatment And Billing

Management plans, dispensing, procedures, and billable services are captured against the encounter and payer.

6. Discharge, Surveillance, And Reporting

Discharge decisions, public health signals, beta/admin operations, and SDG milestone reporting flow into command dashboards.
